Red on Red – Gerrard 11 & Rio 11
Red on Red – Gerrard 11 & Rio 11 Exclusive Football Shirt Collection
Drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of two legendary clubs, the ATACAR design team has taken iconic details from multiple past seasons and fused them with the modern side-stripe jersey trend to create the Red on Red-exclusive Gerrard 11 and Rio 11 shirts. Both designs feature subtle tonal patterns and structural detailing, allowing historic imagery to be embedded discreetly into the fabric. These hidden elements reward closer inspection, tightly weaving together a sense of legacy with contemporary football aesthetics, and enabling fans to relive golden on-pitch moments every time they wear the shirts.
The Rio 11 shirt responds to history in a different way. ATACAR has once again blended classic season details with a contemporary side-panel construction, giving the jersey both historical depth and a modern edge. The Rio 11 outfield version continues the timeless red-and-black identity, using black as the main base with red highlights, while the back features design elements referencing the “Night in Moscow” in 2008, evoking vivid memories of that decisive match. A retro-style collar further enhances its character, striking a balance between style and collectability. The goalkeeper shirt is built around an iconic green, instantly reminding supporters of the glorious scenes written on that rainy night.
Fans can purchase the match shirts at the ATACAR Store. Please note that the goalkeeper shirts are currently reserved exclusively for players’ match use and are not available for public sale. For enquiries, please contact the team via DM at @atacarhk or email info@atacar.com.hk.
